My name is Cagla...

I am a Rapid Transformational Therapist helping my clients achieve fast and permanent results. My goal is to restructure negative beliefs and thoughts, empower individuals to have confidence in themselves and take control of their lives. I adopt a reassuring, warm, and empathetic approach.

Everything I have learned along the way is based on my efforts to seek answers to overcome my own problems. I understand what it feels like to be lonely, anxious, broken, lost, and directionless. I also know what it is like to deal with unexplainable autoimmune diseases and depression, and to feel like "my body is against me."

About my therapy method: RTT

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a powerful therapy method developed by Marisa Peer to address various mental and emotional issues. Its core principle is to reprogram your mind, as many problems stem from negative beliefs and thoughts in your subconscious. By delving into the depths of your subconscious, RTT helps identify negative beliefs and replace them with positive ones, not only alleviating symptoms but also addressing the underlying causes.

RTT is an effective solution for mental and emotional issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self-confidence, eating disorders, addictions, physical ailments, guilt, and various phobias. It can also support you in other areas such as business success, financial situation, and relationships. Sessions can be done online or in-person.

Is RTT suitable for everyone?

RTT can generally be applied to everyone. However, in some cases, it may not be appropriate for individuals with mental health problems. Therefore, it is necessary for individuals to indicate their health problems in the introductory interview before the RTT session.

How long does it take?

RTT can vary depending on the individual's needs. In most cases, significant progress can be made even in just one session. Definite results can be seen in 1-3 sessions. Each RTT session lasts approximately two hours, so we can go deeper than a traditional 45-minute therapy session allows and safely reprogram triggers.

How is RTT applied?

RTT is carried out by directly accessing the individual's subconscious mind. This helps the individual to recognize, restructure, and replace negative beliefs and behaviors with positive ones.

Can it be done outside of face-to-face sessions?

Yes! RTT is effective both in person and online; you can experience RTT in the comfort of your own home. In fact, I conduct most of my sessions online via Zoom with individuals from various countries.

Will I get stuck or can I be manipulated in hypnosis?

No, RTT is not a show like the hypnosis you see in movies. You will not be hypnotized with a pocket watch and made to bark like a dog. You are in control throughout the entire session and aware of what is happening. You can talk, move, open your eyes, and do not have to do anything you don't want to do.

What if I already think I know the reasons behind my problem?

Insight gained from previous therapies or your own analyses may be helpful. However, if knowing the cause was enough for healing, your problem would already be solved. With RTT, you will see that the root cause of your problem is not what you thought - which is why you have not been able to change this pattern so far. Often, your problem will be resolved by releasing a belief or judgment formed by a big or small event during your developmental years.

When will I start to see changes?

Typically, one to three sessions are sufficient for creating a permanent change. Changes can happen instantly: you may feel a significant change in your body, thoughts, and behaviors immediately or gradually over time.

What does it feel like?

The hypnosis experience is different for everyone. Some people feel a floating sensation, while others do not. Some may feel sleepy, while others do not. Most people feel relaxed and comfortable.​
